Delete my data

This procedure allows any user of RRSS.Leukasoft to request the complete deletion of their personal data stored in the application, including OAuth tokens for any social networks they have connected.

1. How to request deletion

Send an email to info@leukasoft.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and including in the message body:

• Your Telegram ID (you can see it by sending /entrar to the bot) or the username you are registered with.
• Optionally, the connected social media accounts whose tokens should be revoked.

2. What gets deleted

• Your user record (Telegram ID, name, role).
• All OAuth tokens of social networks linked to your account.
• The campaigns and publications you have created within the application.
• Technical logs associated with your identifier.

3. What we cannot delete

Content already published on external social networks (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook Page, Pinterest) cannot be removed from this application once published. You must delete it directly from each social network or request its removal through the platforms themselves.

4. Timeline

Deletion is completed within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the request. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.

5. For Facebook / Instagram (Meta) users

If you have connected a Facebook or Instagram account and disconnect the application from your Meta settings, the stored tokens are automatically invalidated and your data will be deleted from our database within 30 days, with no need to contact us.
