Terms of service

1. Subject

These terms govern the use of RRSS.Leukasoft, an application that lets its users plan marketing campaigns and publish them in a coordinated way across multiple social networks (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Page and Pinterest) from a single dashboard. The service is provided by Antonio Sánchez Fernández, Tax ID (NIF) 33499597M, with address at Filet de Dins 38, 03203 Elche, Spain, owner of the website leukasoft.com, with contact address info@leukasoft.com (hereinafter, "Leukasoft").

2. Registration and access

Access to the application requires an account previously created by the administrator. Authentication is performed through the Telegram bot associated with the service, which generates temporary access links. The user is responsible for keeping such links confidential.

3. Acceptable use

The user agrees not to use the application to:

• Publish illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, incites hatred, or constitutes a crime.
• Carry out spam, unsolicited mass mailings, abusive automation, or artificially purchase or inflate followers, likes, comments or views.
• Generate fake engagement, simulate interactions, or manipulate the metrics of any social network.
• Impersonate third parties or post on behalf of accounts without authorization.
• Attempt to access accounts or data of other users of the system.
• Any practice that violates the terms or policies of the connected social networks, in particular the Facebook Community Standards and the Instagram Community Guidelines.

Failure to comply with the rules of any connected social network may lead to penalties imposed by the social network itself on the user, for which Leukasoft is not responsible.

4. Responsibility for content

The user is solely responsible for the content they publish through the application. Leukasoft acts only as a technical intermediary between the user and the social network APIs, without reviewing or editing content.

5. Third-party accounts

By connecting a social network account, the user authorizes the application to perform the actions covered by the granted OAuth permissions (publish content, query metrics). The user can revoke those permissions at any time from the corresponding social network settings or from the application's panel.

6. Limitation of liability

The application is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability. Leukasoft will not be liable for damages arising from: service interruptions, unilateral changes to social network APIs, data loss attributable to hosting provider outages, or penalties imposed on the user by social networks for breach of their own rules.

7. Intellectual property

The application's software is owned by Leukasoft. Content published through the application remains the user's property; the user grants Leukasoft only the technical license needed to process and transmit such content to the destination social networks.

8. Termination

The user may request termination at any time by emailing info@leukasoft.com. Leukasoft may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice to the user.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile when acting as a consumer.

10. Relationship with external platforms

RRSS.Leukasoft is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), ByteDance Ltd. (TikTok), LinkedIn Corporation or Pinterest, Inc. All trademarks mentioned are property of their respective owners. The application operates as an independent client of the public APIs offered by such platforms, and its use is subject, in addition to these terms, to the terms and policies of each social network.
